Should the item be defective in any way, please send us an email with a brief description of the defect to: service@verdandy.com and return it to us.
After receiving and inspecting the unused goods, we will send you the desired item (exchange) or transfer the full purchase amount to your account (return).

For orders over €150 (incl. VAT), we will gladly cover the delivery costs throughout the EU.
For amounts under 150 EUR, postage costs must be borne by the customer.

We ship internationally.
The prices listed in the respective offers are final prices. They include all price components, including any applicable taxes such as VAT. Only in the case of cross-border deliveries may you be required to pay additional taxes (e.g., in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g., customs duties), but these are not payable to Verdandy, but to the relevant customs or tax authorities in your country.
We would gladly cover service and return shipping costs for orders over €150 . Unfortunately, shipping companies currently only offer this to wholesalers. Therefore, we must ask you to bear the return shipping costs yourself and appreciate your understanding. However, we are working to change this in the future.
At Verdandy, you can take your time deciding whether to keep the items or return them. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to do so. The date of the postmark applies.
We currently ship primarily with Hermes. You can fill out and print your return label at www.hermes.at or www.hermes.de . Please affix this label to the package and drop it off at one of the nearest Hermes ParcelShops. You can find the nearest ParcelShops here ( https://www.myhermes.at/privatkunden/sendung-aufgeben/hermes-paketshop-finden/ ).
Payment (exclusively in cash) is made at the respective parcel shop. However, you are free to choose your shipping company.
